Madden 23 is here, and that means virtual football fans once more have a full season’s worth of debates to have, first downs to pick up, and hopefully, more than a few touchdown dances to choreograph. We’re breaking down the Madden 23 rosters for all 32 teams, and in this guide, we’ll be taking a look at the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders had one of the most impactful offseasons of any NFL team, with the headlining move being the acquisition of wide receiver Davante Adams. The addition of Adams makes the Raiders’ offense much more potent, but their defense shouldn’t be overlooked either. If you’re curious who the Raiders’ best players are, where they stack up in the league as a whole, or which roster spots may need to be improved in Franchise mode, here’s everything you need to know about the Madden 23 Raiders roster.

Las Vegas Raiders’ best and worst players

The Raiders are the 15th best team in the league according to the launch list of the best teams in Madden 23. At launch, they have an overall team rating of 83. The Raiders have three players rated 90 or above in Madden 23, including the following players:

Davante Adams – 99 OVRDarren Waller – 91 OVRChandler Jones – 90 OVR

The worst players on the Raiders are Trent Sieg (33 OVR) at tight end (long snapper), Jackson Barton (55 OVR) at left tackle, and Jarrett Stidham (57 OVR) at quarterback. Below you can see a table of the complete starting roster for the Raiders at launch in Madden 23, including 11 players on offense, 11 on defense, plus the team’s kicker and punter.

In Two Point Campus, perhaps like real life, money is what education is all about. Students pay tuition and, in return, are given the skills they need to repay their loans. In order to make that money in Two Point Campus, you need to flex your managerial skills. Manage your money, avoid bloat, and find additional ways to increase revenue. Or just take some tips from this guide. We’ll get you on the right path to squeeze students for all they’re worth. Here’s how to make money quickly and efficiently in Two Point Campus.

Start by focusing on your courses

I don’t care how many vending machines you plop down, they’re not going to even nudge your bottom line. The real moneymaker is going to always be your courses. Not only do they bring in tuition, but that’s also what your students show up for. If you don’t focus on your courses, no one is going to rent your dorm rooms or level up to give you an XP bonus.

They’re also very expensive to start up, but if you’re going to be spending your loan money on anything, it should be courses. It doesn’t matter if you have a half-dozen on offer or just a couple that you’ve leveled up to the max; you just need to make sure you’re constantly putting your course points somewhere in order to bring in as many students as you can get your hands on.

Don’t hire staff with superfluous stats

It can be tempting to reach for applicants that have the widest range of skills. However, take note that each skill point that they have raises their wage expectations. While a person with one point in research and one point in dark magic may seem more enticing than the guy with just one point in dark magic, ask yourself this: Are you really going to use a person with only a single stat point for research? Is it worth paying for? Do you already have a dedicated researcher?

This goes for all roles. Don’t hire assistants who have high marks in both medicine and pastoral. They can only do one thing at a time, so don’t waste the money on someone with both skills. Only hire applicants that specialize.

You’ll probably need a loan

The make or break point for most campuses is the beginning of the second year. You probably spent all your money getting your university set up, and now you need to provide for two years of classes. Lecture halls and additional facilities are a must.

If you haven’t already, this is the time to take a loan. While paying interest is a waste of cash, you usually don’t have a choice. Students and staff won’t tolerate your ramshackle accommodations anymore, and it’s time to expand. Just try to show some restraint and only borrow what you need to keep things going. You’ll need to stand on your own pretty quickly, and it’s hard to do that under a mountain of interest.

Consider archeology

Somewhere around halfway through the game, you’ll get the campus called Pebberly Ruins. Starting this up will net you the archeology course, which is a great way to boost your income. With the archeology course, students will dig up treasures from beneath the earth that you can sell. While some go for a paltry fee, they’ll frequently uncover gems and treasure chests that sell for over $40k.

How can he be in that pose? His hands were behind his back.

Your students will empty a pit nearly twice a year, and if you don’t move or sell the items that they uncover, they’re sold automatically. Enough students working enough pits will cover your costs on their own. Better yet, pits are cheap, but beware: they’re going to demand computer and science labs, and those costs add up. Once you’ve got a few pits going, however, you’ve got it made.

Supplement your income with research

While research should primarily be used to upgrade your facilities, you’re eventually going to run out of facilities to upgrade. Once you’ve exhausted those projects, you’re left with the option to research for money or kudosh. Some of the goals even provide $50k each time you research them, and they will keep reappearing, allowing you to grab that prize whenever you want.

Having an upgraded research lab and maybe three teachers who have a hefty sum in their research stat will allow you to knock out these projects in pretty fast succession. It’s a great little booster for campuses that are underperforming month by month.

When all else fails, bring in The Orb

Most of the radio hosts agree: The Orb Foundation is some kind of sinister cult. Subjecting your students to their teachings would probably be irresponsible, but since when was responsible management lucrative?

It really is the perfect shape.

Unlocked shortly into the Upper Etchings campus, The Orb Foundation works the same as any campus club. The difference is that every time a student levels up within the club you’re given a stipend. Note that climbing the ranks of the club decreases a student’s happiness, but last I checked, we’re in the business of making money. Maybe use this as a last resort. The other tips in this guide should have you raking in the cash already. However, more cash never hurt anybody. Not directly, anyway. Looking to play a few virtual rounds of golf, but need something a bit more realistic than Mario Golf: Super Rush? Consider checking out the SwingLogic SLX MicroSim – Home Golf MicroSimulator, which lets you swing clubs at home to perfect your skills before heading out to the links. Right now, you can snag the advanced system for just $205, which includes everything you need to get set up with the 4K golfing simulator. Amazon sells the SLX MicroSim for $239, so you’re saving a nice chunk of cash by purchasing through GameSpot Deals.

The biggest downside to the Home Golf MicroSimulator is its compatibility. Right now, folks looking to connect via Mac or Android are out of luck–although an update slated for later this year should add Android functionality.

It’s definitely not as robust or feature rich as high-end sensors and simulators on the market, but considering those can run cost thousands of dollars, this $205 kit is a great option for golfers who need a reliable and fun at-home simulator that won’t break the bank.

The next Tekken game has been teased. During the Evo 2022 event in Las Vegas, publisher Bandai Namco dished out a cryptic teaser that showed series regular Kazuya Mishima–presented in his classic pixelated form–dropping a body off the edge of a cliff.

He then smiles at the camera as the graphics morph into something much more impressive as text appears on screen that says “Get Ready.” The teaser has some fans believing the next Tekken will be a reboot, but nothing is confirmed as of yet. And to be clear, there is no confirmation that this was even a teaser for a new game at all.

Tekken director Katsuhiro Harada appeared on stage, but he didn’t utter a word, which led to some wonderful memes and reactions from fans.

This Tekken tease came as part of a wider announcement of a free update with balance adjustments coming to Tekken 7 as well as the news that the Global Finals of 2023 Tekken World Tour will take place February 4-5 in Amsterdam.

Curiously, Tekken 8 was included in the long list of titles from the Nvidia leak. The leak has already proven to be accurate time and again. In terms of unannounced games in the leak that proved to be real, these have included Kingdom Hearts 4, God of War for PC, and the GTA remasters through the GTA The The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.

The leak also mentioned Street Fighter 6 and Crysis 4, both of which have subsequently been revealed officially. None of this straight-up confirms that Tekken 8 is the real deal, however. Fans will have to keep waiting to learn more.

After the Street Fighter V tournament concluded at Evo 2022, a new trailer for the next game in the franchise–Street Fighter 6–revealed two more characters joining the fight.

The newest addition is Kimberly, a female student of the Bushinryu style made famous by Guy in Final Fight. Juri will return in Street Fighter 6.

Riot Games has officially revealed the long-awaited rework of League of Legends champion Udyr the Spirit Walker. Udyr’s rework is the latest in a string of visual gameplay updates, referred to as VGUs, to hit the massively popular multiplayer online battle-arena.

While the new trailer doesn’t layout all the changes coming to Udyr, it does offer a pretty impressive first-look as well as a fairly comprehensive overview. According to Riot Games, Udyr now has the ability to commune with “any and all of the spirits of the Freljord,” the harsh and oppressively cold land Udyr and many champions–such as Ashe, Lissandra, and Sejuani–call home. Udyr can also channel these spirits’ ethereal energy and utilize them in his own “wild fighting style.”

Based on the trailer, it seems that Udyr will still have his Bear and Phoenix fighting stances. However, his Turtle and Tiger stances have seemingly been switched out to accommodate two new creatures of the Freljord: the Ram and Boar. More notably, all of these stance’s proper names now reference the Freljord gods Anivia, Ornn, the Iron Boar, and Volibear, adding a lot more continuity to the character.

“With the ability to commune with any and all of the spirits of the Freljord, Udyr channels and transforms their ethereal energy into his own wild physical fighting style,” Riot Games wrote in the rework press release. “Through his growing mastery of this awe-inspiring and versatile power, Udyr seeks to maintain the balance of the Freljord’s mystical landscape, where conflict and struggle is its lifesblood… and where sacrifices must be made to keep peace at bay.”

In addition to his new playstyle, the trailer also showed off Udyr’s beefed-up new look. Let’s just say if his axe and glowing eyes don’t give enemy players a scare, his hulking frame should do the trick.

As of right now, Riot Games has yet to announce when the update will officially go live. However, fans should be able to expect the reworked Udyr to hit servers sometime in the next few months.
